How do I place an order?
You’re looking at it—online only, baby! We’re a mobile biz with no physical store (yet), but we’re sweetly plotting our rise through pop-ups, markets, and local events. Want us at your favorite spot? Tell us where and we just might show up with sugar in tow.
Do you offer preorders?
Yes, for certain items and local pickup events. Custom orders under four characters can usually be ready within two hours, depending on availability. If you want something truly wild (like a blue duck in a tutu), we suggest ordering in advance so we can do your sweet vision justice.
How long does ‘sealed’ cotton candy last?
Up to one glorious week (if unopened in airtight containers). Bags give you 1–2 hours max once opened, so eat it fast or risk watching your cottony cloud turn into a sticky ghost of its former self.
How long does ‘unsealed’ cotton candy last?
About 20–30 minutes. Yes, that’s it. Cotton candy is delicate and melts faster than your willpower at a dessert bar—especially when it’s hot or humid. Enjoy immediately, or risk fluffy heartbreak.
Do you ship?
Yes! Across the U.S. of A. However, please note: cotton candy is a total diva. While we seal and pack our products with care, extreme heat or humidity during transit can cause shrinking, melting, or sadness. We recommend quick opening and immediate enjoyment. (We’ll include all the TLC instructions in your box.)
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. We live for weird ideas. Want a pink flamingo wearing sunglasses? Done. Can you show us your favorite cartoon or brand logo? Challenge accepted—just note we’re not officially partnered with any big brands (yet), but we’d love to make one look like we are. Email us your ideas!
What’s the price of your cotton candy figures?
Prices range from $15–$35, depending on the character’s complexity and attitude. Some are just basic fluffballs, while others require the cotton candy equivalent of a full glam team. We price accordingly.
Is cotton candy allergy-friendly?
YES — Basically, it’s the most non-problematic snack you’ll meet today and is just fluffy happiness. No gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, sesame, or drama.
Do you offer any dye-free options?
We do! Most flavors use FDA-approved coloring, but Birthday Cake is our superstar dye-free flavor. Still fun, still tasty, just less rainbow-y. Nutrition information are listed HERE, because transparency is the sweetest policy.
How much sugar is in a serving?

Do you offer catering?

How do I serve a cotton candy cake?
